Welcome to the band! Zak, Tang, Panzee and Drum are the musical inhabitants of a monkey-shaped tropical island. The Zingzillas ape-like characters love to perform. In each episode they learn a new song - and with the help of a special musician guest - they work together to perform in time for the daily 'Big Zing'. Some famous guests include Cleo Laine and Julian Lloyd-Webber. The Zingzillas love all types of music and perform everything from Big Band, through to Samba, Jazz and Bhangra. The series and the songs created have been so popular with its viewers, that "ZingZillas: The Album" was released as a digital download, reaching #1 in the iTunes Children's' Chart in October 2010. A CD of the album was also released.
