All goods are thoroughly checked before they are despatched, but any items that are found to be faulty due to manufacture or have been damaged in the post may be returned, within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or full refund.

Any goods that have been ordered and which you decide that you do not want may be returned for exchange or refund (less postage costs) on prior arrangement with Party Connection within 10 days of receipt. The cost of the return is the responsibilty of the customer. The goods should be returned in a new condition, unused or unworn and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Your statutory rights are not affected.

For reasons of hygiene, Wigs, Teeth, Tights & Under Garments cannot be returned.

It is advisable to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods returned and are ‘lost in the post’.

Prior to the return of any goods, the customer must inform partyconnection.co.uk by email at customer.service@partyconnection.co.uk or by using the “Contact Us ” link in the bottom left corner on every page.
