| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept paymant by VISA/MASTERCARD/SWITCH/MAESTRO/AMERICAN EXPRESS with the added payment option of PAYPAL We aim to hold all listed products in stock. On the odd occasion when we run out we are usually restocked within 48 hours, unless a manufacturer has misjudged the demand for a product and it is unavailable. If any item ordered is not in stock you will be emailed with an approximate delivery date, we will also try to offer you an alternative product that is in stock. If you would rather not wait you have the option to cancel the order. PLEASE NOTE: We can only accept orders from within the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland - any orders placed from outside of this boundary will be cancelled. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales) and to BFPO addresses. United Kingdom Standard Delivery (£4.99) - It is our aim to despatch all orders on the day of ordering and you should usually receive your order within 3 - 5 working days. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and ocassionally delivery may take slightly longer, as this service generally relies on Royal Mail. (Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed from the date of posting). If a guaranteed delivery is required, then please use the Express Delivery option. Express Delivery (£6.99) - Your order will be delivered to you within 1 - 3 working days. All deliveries will require a signature on delivery, so if you are unlikely to be at home, it may be advisable to have your ordered delivered to an address where someone can sign for it. Delivering to your home or residential address: We may use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce to deliver your order, so if you are not at home at the time of delivery, our couriers will put a card through your door, advising you of the procedure to arrange re-delivery or collection of your order. Delivering to a business/work address: At Party Connection, we appreciate that with some of our customers' hectic lifestyles; you may find it beneficial to have your order delivered to your place of work. If you choose to have your order delivered to a business/work address, please note that: - Delivery will be made to the businesses' main entrance, which may result in your order being signed for without your knowledge. - Please notify the person likely to sign for delivery at your premises of the imminent arrival of your order, as once the order has been signed for, we cannot accept any liability for its whereabouts. Republic of Ireland We subsidise this delivery service for our customers in Ireland but unfortunately as the Republic of Ireland is classed as a European destination by the majority of couriers, we still have to charge £14.99 per order towards the cost of shipping. Delivery is generally made within 3 - 5 Working Days but this is not a guaranteed timescale. We currently do not offer a delivery service to any other countries |

| Returns Policy All goods are thoroughly checked before they are despatched, but any items that are found to be faulty due to manufacture or have been damaged in the post may be returned, within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or full refund. Any goods that have been ordered and which you decide that you do not want may be returned for exchange or refund (less postage costs) on prior arrangement with Party Connection within 10 days of receipt. The cost of the return is the responsibilty of the customer. The goods should be returned in a new condition, unused or unworn and in the original un-opened packaging with all original tags attached. Your statutory rights are not affected. It is advisable to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods returned and are 'lost in the post'.
